Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective account management and business development strategies
- Support quotes, tenders, and special projects to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling, OEM conversion, and value creation to increase customer spend
- Develop and implement sales plans and pipelines to achieve business objectives
- Support the sales organization in discussions with customers and provide market insights and expertise
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in a B2B industrial sales environment
- Strong understanding of the industry, markets, trends, and developments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
