About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Brammer Buck & Hickman. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective account management and business development strategies
  • Support quotes, tenders, and special projects to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling, OEM conversion, and value creation to increase customer spend
  • Develop and implement sales plans and pipelines to achieve business objectives
  • Support the sales organization in discussions with customers and provide market insights and expertise
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in a B2B industrial sales environment
  • Strong understanding of the industry, markets, trends, and developments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
