As a Sales Assistant – Customer Advisor with Outdoor and Cycle Concepts, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service and promoting our range of products from world-leading brands. You will work closely with our team to create a premium and inclusive shopping experience, connecting with customers to understand their specific needs and wants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and inclusive shopping experience for all customers
- Model the company values, taking pride in your store and working collectively to create an outstanding customer experience
- Participate in training opportunities to develop and maintain your product knowledge and skills
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer queries confidently
- Identify opportunities for add-on sales and promote our products effectively
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.10 per hour (£9.81 for under 21's)
- A bonus of up to £750 per annum (in proportion with hours worked)
- A 40-60% discount across our range of products
- Up to 33 days holiday (in proportion with hours worked) with the option to purchase additional holiday

Requirements:
