Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in the Birmingham office. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading assignments, delivering engineering solutions, and managing technical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and undertake assignments in the UK and overseas, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions, reporting results to managers and clients.
  • Undertake structural design and analysis using design software, applying international standards and best practices.
  • Assist with the organization and management of technical staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Act as a line manager, supporting staff recruitment, training, and professional development.
Requirements
  • Professionally qualified and Chartered Civil Engineer, with a postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject.
  • Experience in managing high-profile infrastructure projects, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent reporting, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
