About the Role

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of structural projects, working closely with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and integrated solutions. You will have a strong understanding of building structures, materials, and construction methods, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of structural projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and sustainable design solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the team's expertise remains current
Requirements
  • Relevant civil or structural engineering degree
  • Chartered status or working towards becoming a chartered structural engineer
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of building structures, materials, and construction methods
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
