We are seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to join our team at Synergy Personnel Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring that we deliver high-quality results to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Construction and Work-Winning: You will be heavily involved in the pre-construction and work-winning aspects of our projects, identifying opportunities and developing strategies to secure new business.
  • Team Management: You will manage a team of surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their targets and delivering high-quality work.
  • Cost Reporting: You will be responsible for preparing and presenting cost reports to the board, ensuring that our financial performance is accurately reflected.
  • Project Oversight: You will oversee the commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: HNC or degree qualified in a relevant field, such as construction management or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing commercial teams and overseeing large-scale projects.
  • Skills: Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
