Commercial Manager Opportunity

Profectus Recruitment is seeking a driven individual to take charge of the commercial function, focusing on growing client relationships and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the heritage sector, strong sales and account management skills, and a proven ability to manage P&L.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial performance of the business, ensuring revenue targets are met and the company's financial health is sustained.
  • Work closely with existing and new customers, building long-term relationships and ensuring the highest level of service.
  • Identify new business opportunities, supported by a marketing team from the wider group.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and work with the development team to enhance or adjust software solutions accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Heritage sector experience or a genuine interest in heritage and cultural institutions.
  • Sales and account management skills, with a focus on relationship building rather than aggressive sales tactics.
  • Hybrid work flexibility, with the ability to work from the office two days a week.
  • A full driving license, with regular travel to client sites expected.
