About the Role:
This role is responsible for building strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions. As a Relationship Banker, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their banking needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and priorities
- Provide personalized banking solutions to meet client needs
- Manage client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions
- Stay up-to-date on banking products and services to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- One year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or account management
- Knowledge of financial services industry trends and developments
- Fluency in a second language (Spanish or Russian)

Work Environment:
