Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Soft Landscape Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance teams, resolving queries and complaints, and managing sub-contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate the work of maintenance teams to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Proactively resolve queries, complaints, and problems in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and coordinate the work of sub-contractors to ensure high-quality results.
- Manage staff, including behavior, workload, quality assurance, holiday, and timesheets.
- Develop and implement method statements and risk assessments to ensure safe working practices.
- Oversee winter drain down and summer start up operations.
- Manage costs and ensure the contract is delivered on budget.
- Horticulture NVQ or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in commercial landscape construction and maintenance.
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- CSCS certification.
