We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Facilities Manager to join our expanding team on a permanent part-time basis (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).
This role is an ideal opportunity for someone with good all-round experience in supporting the delivery of excellent standards of Facilities services and would even suit somebody close to retirement and/or recently retired.
Key Responsibilities:- Health and Safety Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including DSEs.
- Hands-on Environment: Familiarity with working in a hands-on environment, managing day-to-day tasks such as archive and postal management, security access, and out-of-hours requirements.
- Project Support: Exposure to looking after projects, with a keen desire to take on more responsibility when supported by the Head of Facilities.
- Organisational and Administrative Abilities: Good organisational and administrative abilities are essential for this role.
