Si Recruitment Limited is seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to enhance our team in Whitby.

Overview:


The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing payroll processes in our Whitby office, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm with an hour for lunch.


This role is ideal for an individual with substantial payroll experience, as you will be part of a team of 16 professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer monthly, weekly, and four-weekly payrolls of varying sizes.
2. Process over 200 payrolls monthly using Sage Payroll software.
3. Verify and review payroll entries for accuracy.
4. Submit payroll data to HMRC.
5. Handle all payroll-related elements, including court orders and student loans for employees.
6. Manage auto-enrollment pension deductions and issue enrollment letters to employees.
7. Address all payroll inquiries from clients promptly and professionally.
8. Ensure the highest standards of data accuracy and quality in payroll outputs.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a payroll role.
2. Proficiency in payroll, CIS, and Nest.
3. Exceptional organizational abilities.
4. Proven track record of delivering outstanding client service.
5. Flexibility and proactivity in managing multiple tasks.
6. Strong communication skills, both in-person and via phone or email.
7. Advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel.
8. Keen attention to detail and accuracy in work.
9. Ability to demonstrate initiative in problem-solving.
