Job Title: Skincare Specialist

As a Skincare Specialist at ELEMIS, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your passion for skincare and commitment to excellence will ensure that our clients receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively drive sales and meet personal targets, while striving to exceed set targets.
  • Raise awareness of the ELEMIS brand and educate clients on our product and treatment range.
  • Participate in promotional activities and ensure the success of events.
  • Accurately record sales figures and stock levels.
Customer Service:
  • Deliver treatments to a consistently high standard, meeting clients' requirements and striving for repeat bookings.
  • Ensure products and treatments prescribed are suitable for clients' needs, taking into account medical contraindications.
  • Maintain the Elemis counter, site, and treatment areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling complaints promptly and consulting the Account Management Team as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain the security of client information.
Requirements:
  • Beauty Therapy qualification to NVQ level 2 minimum (or equivalent).
  • CIDESCO certificate highly desirable.
  • Good level and standard of UK/European education or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar retail/store role and industry.
  • Proven sales record.
  • Practical work experience in conducting treatments.
  • Previous experience working with a professional brand.
