About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lifeguard at our Merton Abbey Club. As a Lifeguard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors.
  • Ensure the pool area is safe and clean, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive and professional atmosphere.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of safety procedures and protocols.

Requirements
