Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Pool Safety Officer at Nuffield Health. As a Pool Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors while using our wet facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain a safe environment in the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome to all members and visitors.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized facility.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
