Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring asset integrity and driving growth and improvement through multi-million-pound projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including scope statements, cost and time estimates, execution plans, and other necessary documents, in accordance with standard work processes.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project scopes, utilizing tools such as PHA, LOPA, and other assessment methods.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular internal progress and status reports, including financial tracking and progress against milestones, to ensure timely and budget-friendly project completion.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Support manufacturing, maintenance, and site management teams, lead the identification and prioritization of plant improvements, and coordinate root cause investigation activities using the EUK standard methodology.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess a degree or equivalent in a Chemical or Engineering discipline, with a view to becoming chartered if not already. Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in Chemical, COMAH, High Hazard, or Pharmaceutical sectors, would be highly beneficial.
