The Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Great Fosters Hotel, a renowned establishment offering exceptional service and amenities. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Develop and implement creative cocktail menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to offer pairing suggestions and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 5 days per week, flexible shifts covering a variety of early and late shifts totalling 45 hrs per week.
  • Smart appearance, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Experience within a quality food/beverage service hotel/restaurant is required.
