About the Role
The Frasers Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our luxury flagship store in Leeds. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for directing the store's operations and ensuring that our high standards of customer service and sales performance are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations and ensure that all KPIs are met
- Lead and develop a team of store managers to achieve sales and profit targets
- Drive excellent performance on wage controls and payroll processing
- Understand and execute business and customer expectations to exceptional standards
- Coach and guide the team on how to improve service and sales performance
- Identify internal and external talent and use development opportunities to drive exceptional performance
- Be a brand ambassador for Flannels and inspire the workforce to achieve success
Requirements
- Proven experience leading a large team in a fast-paced, multi-department environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience within luxury and premium retail at a senior management level
- Vast knowledge and passion of luxury retail, including building brand relationships
- Proven track record of internal progression and development
- Ability to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
