We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's Manufacturing Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of both electrical and mechanical engineering fundamentals, with a proven track record of delivering reliable solutions through thorough root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to develop and implement long-term reliable solutions, ensuring maximum machinery uptime and minimal disruption to production.
  2. Perform planned maintenance tasks autonomously, working closely with the team to achieve zero breakdowns and eliminate machine setup issues.
  3. Provide proactive support for reactive maintenance tasks, utilizing electrical and mechanical expertise to minimize production downtime.
  4. Work on electrical installations up to 400V, process safety circuits, and electrical control circuits (PLC & VSD), adhering to health and safety standards.
  5. Conduct proactive and effective fault diagnosis using mechanical and electrical root cause analysis to identify problems and determine solutions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, both electrical and mechanical.
  • Experience with electrical installations and control circuits.
  • Ability to perform fault diagnosis and root cause analysis.
  • Proactive approach to maintenance and continuous improvement.
