Financial Services Coordinator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at CRA GROUP LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support and services to our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist with financial services and general support, including reporting, journal creation, budget movements, coding corrections, and reconciliation.

* Investigate general financial queries, including supporting year-end closure and audit requests, and maintain manual and computerized records, including imprest accounts.

* Collaborate with the team of Finance Officers to share tasks and responsibilities.

**Requirements**

* Relevant experience in finance processes and other financial reconciliations.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with officers of all levels in the Council, using telephone, written, and face-to-face contact.

* Good ICT skills, including the use of a spreadsheet and word processing.

* Ability to achieve objectives through planning, monitoring, and re-appraisal.

* Commitment to maintaining professional standards, quality service delivery, and a good professional image.

* Willingness to respond to requests, openness to new ideas, and a willingness to be innovative.
