About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Indirect Tax Accountant to join our team in Core Finance. As a key member of our group tax function, you will play a critical role in supporting the organisation's response to all tax, including tax strategy, risk management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quarterly VAT returns for the main trading company, ensuring new articles are set up correctly.
  • Prepare papers on new legislation, duty reconciliations, and ad hoc VAT queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with HMRC's Making Tax Digital requirements.
