Job Opportunity

Hunter Bond is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Strategist to lead its security technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for classifying priorities, responding to operational alerts, and proactive threat hunting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement intelligence and vulnerability best practices
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and networks teams on security projects
  • Identify exposure in security and implement improvements, new vendors/toolsets, and policy
  • Design security testing or mitigation plans
  • Communicate with the business to highlight the latest and most critical security issues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in industry intelligence and the latest vulnerabilities
  • Strong knowledge of systems and platforms, including Linux and Windows, and server technology
  • Deep understanding of networking and firewall technology, storage, and virtual machines
  • Knowledge of advanced threat protection tools
  • Excellent understanding of security issues, threat actors, risks, and the industry
  • Prior experience running penetration testing initiatives
  • Exposure to IPS, DLP, anti-malware, Sandbox, Vulnerability scanners
  • Cyber qualifications such as CEH, OSCP, CISSP
