The Community Mental Health Framework introduces a progressive method for offering integrated support, care, and treatment to adults facing mental health challenges, regardless of their needs.

Key Responsibilities

The position of Lead Community Support Specialist (LCSS) has been specifically designed for seasoned peer support professionals who have successfully completed accredited peer support training and fulfill the competency criteria established by ImROC. The LCSS will offer structured peer support and practical guidance to empower individuals to connect with their local communities and access available resources. The successful candidate will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team covering a Primary Care Network or locality, fostering an innovative and collaborative support framework.
