About the Role

Brandon James Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Consultant to join their team. As a Health and Safety Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting clients across various sectors, including motor trade, haulage, and commercial warehouses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Health and Safety Strategies: Work with clients to develop and implement effective health and safety strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments and Audits: Conduct thorough risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on health and safety best practices, including the use of online health and safety management systems.
  • Support Business Growth: Support the growth of the business by identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, NEBOSH National Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Health and safety experience in the motor trade, haulage, or commercial warehouses sectors.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per annum.
