Funded Training Opportunity for Swimming Teachers

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Swimming Teacher. As a Swimming Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping and growing the swimming abilities of future generations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to participants of all ages and abilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the requirements of Fusion's Swim Programme
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers and potential customers
- Ensure all lessons are delivered safely and effectively, in compliance with regulations and guidance
- Contribute to the development of the swim lesson programme and improve service to swimmers and customers
What We're Looking For:
- No experience is necessary, but a commitment to pre-agreed course dates and a minimum of 8 contracted hours post-course completion is required
- Candidates must be willing to undertake an interview selection process and attend a pre-booked observation session at a Fusion centre
Our Upcoming Courses:
Fusion Lifestyle is offering a funded training opportunity for candidates to undertake the STA Award qualification. The course will be held at Southend Leisure Centre on the 16th September to 20th September 2024. Recruitment days will be held at Southend Leisure Centre on Saturday 31st August between 09:00am and 12:00pm.
