This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to join a growing organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in month-end accounting, either currently studying or holding a minimum of AAT level 4 qualification.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Managing prepayments and accruals
  • Preparing manual journals
  • Reconciling intercompany accounts
  • Maintaining the fixed asset register
  • Reviewing nominal activity and department tracking
  • Reconciling the balance sheet
  • Meeting month-end close deadlines

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Understanding of currency and international transactions
  • Knowledge of intercompany accounting and group company structures
  • Excellent communication skills, both internal and external
  • ACCA (part-qualified)/CIMA/AAT level 4 qualification
