We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Culinary Director who will delight our guests by preparing exceptional dishes to our discerning guests. We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Executive Culinary Director with the creative flair and passion to produce the finest cuisine.

  • Someone who is meticulous about standards and genuinely cares about the quality of the food they prepare
  • An individual who will ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of the kitchen and will help promote a professional, hospitable, and friendly working environment
  • A self-motivated and hardworking individual, who is a team player and leads by example
  • A true leader dedicated to developing their culinary team
  • Previous experience as a Head Chef in a hotel or restaurant
