About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Impression Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing and System Updates: Process orders and update systems in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Customer Service and Support: Provide excellent, efficient, and accurate customer service and support to meet the needs of our clients and customers.
  • Query Handling and System Updates: Handle customer queries and update systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Contract Review and Updates: Review details and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Customer Updates and Amendments: Provide updates and make amendments to meet customer requirements.
  • Problem-Solving and Customer Needs: Solve problems and meet customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaising with Internal and External Parties: Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Relationship Building and Maintenance: Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service Skills: Possess strong communication and customer service skills to provide exceptional service to our clients and customers.
  • Administrative Experience: Have excellent and demonstrated administrative experience to support the needs of our business.
  • Personable Nature and Telephone Manner: Possess a personable nature and clear telephone manner to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills and Desire to Learn: Have good problem-solving skills and a desire to learn and develop new skills to support the growth of our business.
  • Multitasking and Organizational Skills: Possess the ability to multitask and organize tasks to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • IT Skills: Have excellent IT skills, including the use of Microsoft Office, to support the needs of our business.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary between £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, working Monday-Friday. If you are a proactive and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
