Employment Partnerships Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Employment Partnerships Consultant to join our team at Fedcap Employment. As a key member of our employability programmes and services, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals back into work and improving their economic wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with local employers to create job opportunities for our clients
  • Provide employment support and guidance to individuals to help them achieve their career goals
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver a range of employability programmes and services
  • Contribute to the development of new initiatives and strategies to improve employment outcomes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in employment partnerships or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
