We aim to create a significant impact on our customers and communities. The Commercial Insights Analyst plays a vital role in delivering business intelligence through comprehensive reporting that aids the Commercial and Finance teams in their strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and maintain regular reports for the Commercial and Finance teams, covering aspects such as customer profitability, performance metrics (including volume, pricing, and mix analysis), and monthly overhead management.
- Examine and interpret performance data and trends, focusing on various factors such as volume, pricing, customer segments, and regional performance.
- Identify potential opportunities through detailed reporting and analysis, and communicate findings to the Commercial Finance Business Partner.
- Assist in the development of cost center budgets, rolling forecasts, and the processing of monthly accruals and prepayments.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience in a Commercial Analyst, Business Analyst, or Business Partner role, with a proven track record in handling large datasets, reporting, and analytical tasks.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivated and independent, with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Professional qualifications such as CIMA, AAT, or ACCA are beneficial but not mandatory.
