Care Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Thorn Springs Care Home in Houghton Regis. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with meal times and ensure residents' dietary needs are met
- Participate in care planning and implementation
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment
