Care Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Thorn Springs Care Home in Houghton Regis, Dunstable. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting independence and dignity
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with medication management and administration
- Engage residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and mental stimulation
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

- 42 hours per week, with 3 on/3 off consistent shift patterns
