**About the Role**

We are seeking a compassionate and inclusive leader to foster a culture of trust at Stannard School. As Deputy Headteacher with SENCO Responsibility, you will possess an empathetic nature and therapeutic mindset to build positive, meaningful relationships and work cooperatively with students, staff, and parents.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage the school's SENCO team to provide high-quality support for students with special educational needs
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement inclusive education strategies
* Foster a culture of trust and respect among students, staff, and parents
* Work closely with the Headteacher to develop and implement school policies and procedures
