About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Veterinary Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Pet Doctors Rustington.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their pets
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling client inquiries
  • Process payments and handle client transactions
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless client care

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a veterinary or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management systems
