WeFlex Ltd. is a prominent entity in the electric vehicle sector, committed to enhancing accessibility to electric vehicles. We offer financial solutions tailored for ride-hailing drivers, facilitating their acquisition of various electric vehicles. As our customer base expands, we are in search of a Customer Payment Advisor to contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service while addressing payment inquiries
- Oversee collections processes to guarantee prompt payments
- Proactively manage arrears and support customers encountering financial challenges
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain precise customer records and handle payment processing
- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices
- Recognize customer vulnerabilities and provide suitable assistance
- Complete End of Hire procedures and ensure adherence to regulations
- Coordinate with various teams within the organization
- Perform additional tasks to support ongoing projects
Qualifications:
- Friendly demeanor with a minimum of 1 year in collections
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM applications
- Willingness to adapt and enhance processes
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with specific software tools
- Understanding of electric vehicles and the ride-hailing market
- Experience in regulated debt collection practices
- Fluency in additional languages
Benefits:
Salary: £26,000-27,000 per year
Bonus: Performance-related bonus scheme available
