Job Title: Specification Writer

Coulter Elite Resourcing is seeking an experienced Specification Writer to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality specifications for leading manufacturing companies in the bakery sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of primary account requirements, including retailer and customer codes of practice and standards.
  • Support the management and timely completion of critical path tasks for primary accounts.
  • Ensure specifications are completed to a high standard, right the first time, and in line with KPIs.
  • Manage and administer retailer systems, including specification and artwork systems.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with at least three of the following retailer systems: Tesco, Sainsbury's, Co-op, Morrisons, Aldi, Lidl, Premier/Mondelez (Hamilton Grant).
  • Current knowledge of the requirements and codes of practice (COP) for three of the retailers listed above.
