We're seeking an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Arcus Solutions.
As a key member of our retail cleaning team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a high-quality cleaning service to our Sainsbury's store.
You'll supervise a team of cleaning staff, plan their rotas and work patterns, and ensure they're equipped with the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
Health and safety is our top priority, so you'll be responsible for monitoring and managing this aspect of the job, working closely with our facilities team to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in team management, with experience of cleaning and stock management.
You'll also need to be able to communicate effectively with your team and other stakeholders, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
