We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our nexos Digital & IT team in a key role that will have a significant impact on our digital capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working closely with stakeholders to gain an understanding of requirements and producing clear requirement documentation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and end users to ensure involvement, engagement, and buy-in.
- Gathering, identifying, mapping, and documenting business requirements using a variety of proven business analysis methodologies.
- Identifying new technologies and procedures to improve internal systems.
- Documenting and articulating the impact of proposed solutions on benefits, costs, and risks.
- Working effectively with internal and 3rd party providers to scope, implement, test, and deploy solutions to business problems.
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of training and reference material on new processes and software systems.
- Providing post-go-live support and ongoing continual improvement.
Requirements for success in this role include:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Strong time management and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent organizational and written communication skills, with a strong customer focus.
- Working knowledge of business process modeling methodologies like UML or BPMN.
