Job Summary:

Antony James Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Consultant to join their team in Kent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asbestos management, surveying, and air monitoring, with excellent communication and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct asbestos surveys and air monitoring to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of asbestos, health and safety, and CDM regulations.
  • Liaise with the Technical Director and adhere to company procedures.
  • Attend team meetings and complete reports on time.
  • Participate in audit programs and technical review of reports.
  • Promote the group's services and identify business opportunities.
  • Attend necessary training courses to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • BOHS P403 and BOHS P404 qualifications or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting asbestos surveys and air monitoring.
  • Experience working with a UKAS accredited company.
  • Familiarity with handheld data collectors (training provided).
  • Valid UK driving license.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with IT and computer applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
