Job Summary:
Antony James Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Asbestos Consultant to join their team in Kent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asbestos management, surveying, and air monitoring, with excellent communication and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct asbestos surveys and air monitoring to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of asbestos, health and safety, and CDM regulations.
- Liaise with the Technical Director and adhere to company procedures.
- Attend team meetings and complete reports on time.
- Participate in audit programs and technical review of reports.
- Promote the group's services and identify business opportunities.
- Attend necessary training courses to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- BOHS P403 and BOHS P404 qualifications or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting asbestos surveys and air monitoring.
- Experience working with a UKAS accredited company.
- Familiarity with handheld data collectors (training provided).
- Valid UK driving license.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with IT and computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
