Regional Facilities Manager Opportunity

Praxis Facilities Management is seeking a seasoned Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of six commercial offices in and around Surrey.

This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced facilities manager with a focus on hands-on management and project oversight.

  • Manage the facilities, maintenance, and tenant relations for three sites entirely.
  • Coordinate with on-site building managers for the other three sites.
  • Supervise contracted services such as cleaning and security across all sites.
  • Handle ongoing projects, including refurbishments and issue resolution.

This role promises both variety and professional growth, with ongoing projects like refurbishments and the chance to tackle unique challenges.

Requirements include prior experience in a similar facilities management role, ideally in a multi-tenanted commercial environment. NEBOSH is preferable. Strong project management abilities, particularly in handling refurbishments and emergency situations, are essential.
