Your responsibilities will include:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Growth and Marketing Support Specialist to join our cohesive team of business development and marketing experts, which is part of the broader Marketing division. Our primary goal is to assist teams across the Ampa group in securing work from both new and existing clients.

This role is essential in aiding the team to propel the firm's expansion through various business development strategies. It will involve managing multiple projects and collaborating closely with our Business Development Partners to support internal client teams.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Identifying and analyzing current clients, including trends in fee income and profitability.
  • Conducting market research on competitors, including their size, key trends, major players, and potential opportunities and threats.
  • Coordinating data and research on new business prospects, collaborating with teams to identify target buyer groups and develop prospective client lists.
  • Assisting in the creation of resources to communicate our offerings both internally and externally, such as credentials documents and case studies.
  • Regularly updating these resources to ensure they remain relevant and tailored for specific clients or targets.
  • Collaborating with other marketing specialists to support initiatives aimed at enhancing the visibility of growth areas and promoting our offerings.
  • Researching relevant events and memberships that provide networking opportunities to connect with potential clients and maintaining this information in our CRM system.
  • Assisting in monitoring the business pipeline and following up on leads.
  • Working alongside the events team to coordinate events that require additional support.
  • Acting as a CRM expert and promoting its use across the organization, ensuring data accuracy and currency.
  • Coordinating with partner organizations to ensure their websites reflect our marketing activities accurately.
  • Supporting activities aligned with key strategic initiatives, such as enhancing client experiences.
  • Providing ad hoc assistance to the team leader with special projects.

Qualifications and skills required:

  • A strong passion for growth and marketing.
  • Experience in an administrative role or a degree in Business or Marketing.
  • A collaborative spirit to engage colleagues in new initiatives.
  • A flexible mindset, able to adapt positively to change.
  • Proactive with a wealth of ideas and initiative.
