Key Responsibilities:
As a Construction Site Supervisor, your primary duties will include:
  • Managing daily site operations, including supervising teams and subcontractors.
  • Ensuring optimal resource allocation to enhance productivity and meet project deadlines.
  • Implementing and monitoring health, safety, quality, and performance standards in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining SHEQ performance records.
  • Addressing all health and safety matters, including risk assessments and method statements.
  • Promoting a culture of safety and quality across all project activities.
  • Overseeing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Facilitating procurement processes for materials and subcontractors while adhering to budget constraints.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Experience in the water management sector, particularly in M&E or construction.
  • Valid SMSTS and CSCS certifications.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • A full driving license.
