Collaborating with leading digital architects, technology consultants, and business experts, you will play a crucial role in delivering profitable outcomes in technology-driven environments across a diverse range of private and public sector clients, helping them achieve their strategic objectives. Our Solution Architects are part of the Digital Architecture tribe within the Future of Technology practice at Capgemini Invent. Key Responsibilities:

In your role as a digital solution architect, you will focus on collaborating within a product design or development team to architect solutions for our clients. Your work will involve both new and existing IT services that require innovative solutions and potential transformation to meet customer expectations. This includes designing end-to-end solutions, mapping necessary capabilities, ensuring compliance with architectural standards, and providing essential technical support to development teams.

Additionally, you will demonstrate the value of new propositions and solutions through prototyping, technical feasibility assessments, and pilot projects. Engaging with cloud-based solutions, you will implement MVPs or Spikes to validate specific aspects of solutions for our clients. Your hands-on experience will be crucial in collaborating with UX and Service Designers and developers to design and implement solutions while supporting rapid iterative development.

You will also have opportunities to contribute to both business and personal growth through various activities, including:

  • Business Development – Leading or contributing to proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches.
  • Internal Contributions – Engaging in campaign development, internal think-tanks, and practice development initiatives.
  • Learning & Development – Participating in training programs to support your career growth and meet the skills demand within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivering digital solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Proficient in Agile environments, balancing time-to-value with governance and control processes.
  • Ability to quickly build and test applications, collaborate with UX/UI or front-end developers, and prototype solutions effectively.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Services and Solution Components, including PaaS, SaaS, Serverless Computing, and Microservices.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating solutions to a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Expertise in designing cost-effective end-to-end solutions that enhance digital presence and meet business KPIs.
  • Familiarity with current and emerging technology trends, with experience in delivering digital applications or services.
  • Capability to mentor and develop the next generation of digital architects through formal and informal guidance.
