Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Wigan. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting one person with learning disabilities, mobility, and cerebral palsy in their daily life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care and support to the individual, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage and support the individual to engage in activities they enjoy, such as listening to music, going to charity shops, and attending PT sessions.
  • Work collaboratively with the support team to ensure the individual's needs are met and their quality of life is enhanced.
