About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Making Space. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to service users, particularly those with learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behavior.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, administer medication, and assist with domestic tasks
  • Create a warm and caring environment that makes service users feel seen and valued
  • Adjust your approach to meet each individual's unique needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of care possible
  • Tackle any challenges that may arise with determination and courage

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.00
  • 30 hours per week
