Scheduling Team Leader Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scheduling Team Leader to join our dynamic team at Broadacres Housing Association Limited. As a key member of our Property Services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of operational repairs work to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of schedulers to effectively plan and manage operational repairs resources and work, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
- Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional customer experience by managing the Scheduling Service to compliance requirements and time constraints, acting as the point of escalation for customers, schedulers, and colleagues.
- Operational Oversight: Work closely with the Operational Repairs Manager to oversee scheduling activities, align them to agreed processes, and continuously improve operational processes to ensure a first-time fix where possible.
- Administrative Management: Ensure all electronic systems are accurately administered for operational repairs work, and that all queries from colleagues and customers are correctly recorded or referred to the relevant department.
