About the Role

We are seeking a talented Nuclear Safety Professional to join our team at Hydrock, a leading nuclear safety consultancy. As a Nuclear Safety Assessor, you will play a key role in delivering sustainable projects for our clients, ensuring the safety of their operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a project team to identify and analyze potential hazards and risks associated with nuclear operations.
  • Develop and implement safety assessments and recommendations to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality safety assessments and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as nuclear engineering, physics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of nuclear safety principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
