Adults Team Manager

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join their Children with Disabilities Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of social workers and providing professional guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality social work services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and management to a team of social workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality social work services.
- Ensure the team meets statutory obligations to safeguard children and promote their welfare.
- Work closely with the Service Manager to set key performance targets and achieve timely and positive outcomes for children and families.
- Manage and develop services to support Children & Families in delivering and improving services.
- Contribute to local service development projects, ensuring objectives, targets, and standards are being progressed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Team Manager role, preferably in a children's services setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, service users, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including the Children Act 1989 and the Care Act 2014.
