Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing electrical maintenance and repair services to our commercial properties in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repair work on all electrical building plant, including emergency lighting systems, fire alarm systems, and general electrical LV systems.
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance and scheduled lifecycle project work to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Respond to reactive breakdown work and provide timely repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Work in commercial environments, including customer-facing and behind-the-scenes plant rooms.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork associated with the role and adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an electrical engineer, ideally in a large buildings portfolio.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
  • BS7671 18th Edition.
  • Maintenance experience on commercial healthcare properties.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
