We are seeking a highly skilled Database and Business Intelligence Solutions Developer to join our Data & BI team at Picture More Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing our data infrastructure to maximize the value of our data.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Infrastructure Management
- Maintain and optimize SQL Server databases for reliable access and performance.
- Ensure data system integrity, security, backup, disaster recovery, and availability.
- Business Intelligence Solutions Development
- Develop and maintain BI solutions using SSRS, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with business areas to develop and deploy data products.
- Data Integration and Quality
- Oversee data integration across systems ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Document the data architecture to maintain an accurate view of the data environment.
- Technical Leadership
- Act as a technical lead or resource on projects.
- Resolve database access and performance issues.
- Cloud Services Utilization
- Utilize Microsoft cloud services (Azure, Power Platform, Fabric) for data solutions.
Requirements
- Technical Skills
- Strong SQL Server experience including T-SQL and performance tuning.
- Experience building BI solutions and dashboards using tools like Power BI or SSRS.
- ETL experience with tools such as Microsoft SSIS, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps, Notebooks and Spark / Python, APIs.
- Business Acumen
- Understanding of business operations and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
