Audit and Risk Director

Perryfordofsanluis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit and Risk Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our audit and risk management functions, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial reporting, and identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of our audit and risk management strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of our financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Identify and assess potential risks to the organization, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate and manage these risks.
- Collaborate with our functional heads to ensure effective financial management reporting and management reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and external auditors.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting rules and standards, ensuring our accounting policies and procedures are current and compliant.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience, with at least 2-3 years in a similar position.
- Proven track record of leading audit and risk management functions, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Highly computer literate, with proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, SAP, FRS, and accounting/regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to operate under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
