The Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and that our store runs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets
- Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels
- Oversee the store's operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard
